很不错的酒店，地理位置优越，对面就是迎泽公园，距离柳巷很近，步行几百米。设施齐全，服务周到，客房服务崔峰峰细心周到，前台也是服务态度好，舒适贴心

空调不管用，卫生间太小了，房间窗子打不开，外面看到的是大堂的顶棚。老国营酒店，看来需要改善的地方太多。

服务实在一般，前台接待全程没有笑容，冷冰冰公式化接待，给人非常冷淡的感觉。这种酒店，如果没有政府事务活动支撑，估计早该倒闭了吧
