第二次入住太原凯宾斯基了，环境还是很OK的，整体五星标准。开车进入地下停车场，登记好之后乘电梯步入大堂，一到大堂，最吸引眼球的就是大喷泉了，很有感觉，大堂装修很豪华，也很宽敞，前台办理入住很快。这次酒店知道我需要高层靠近电梯的房间，安排的是23层的2308房间。进入房间，空间很大，布局也很合理，映入眼帘的落地窗外风景很棒，酒店还放置了欢迎水果，一个苹果一个梨还有一个香蕉。酒店所有房间均为无烟房，不提供烟灰缸和火柴打火机，吸烟的朋友慎订。床品方面，床很大，枕头很舒服，但是床和被子差点意思。早餐方面本人没有起来，所以不做评价。总的来说，太原凯宾斯基还是有五星级的风范的，从设施、装修、房间面积来说都是不错的，就是价格比太原其他五星级要高出不少，其他的都挺好的。

空调坏的，巨热。反映了后闹了个冷风机，一晚上声音跟烧开水一样，除了沸腾一直滴滴滴的响。体验感差极了！老牌星级酒店，越来越不行了。

这是我住过的最差的五星级酒店，没有之一。
1，房间布局不合理，大面积浪费，视野不够开阔，面积虽然不小但是觉得很压抑。
2，房间卧室部分没有全屋地毯，空调无法调节，非常热而且干，还没有加湿器。
2，外卖不帮忙送上楼（城市0病例，借疫情不作为。），接电话的态度也不好，不主动帮客户解决问题。
4，水疗技师技术非常一般还私自收小费。
作为太原最贵的酒店实在不应该，建议大家不要再选择入住该酒店。
