不错，因为在太原基本住凯宾斯基，但是最大的毛病就是住五星级酒店喝水超过两瓶还要收钱，这个如果以后发生这样的问题我会不客气的把最不好的评价给你们，昨晚上说了一下那个女孩服务员没有收钱，走遍世界各地喝酒店的瓶水没有收过钱

酒店硬件挺不错，服务也还行，这边环境也还可以，挺热闹，逛街购物非常方便，有很气派的有档次的商场。早上我也很喜欢。唯一不开心的事，就是第1天晚上我们开会的时候，把行政房间的4瓶矿泉水烧了开水，泡了我们上等的茶叶来喝。当水喝完的时候，打电话要4支水，迟迟没有送来。20多分钟之内打了两遍电话都没有送来，我可是每10分钟打一遍的哦。最后我们老板亲自打电话，第3次电话过后终于送来了。等水的过程中，我们开会的团队成员们气氛很尴尬。

除夕当天入住，年味十足！自助餐很不错，一百多种菜品选择，还特意提供了应景的饺子给大家分享！浴缸的盐浴很舒服……旁边就是新天地，购物、吃东西都方便，还有劳斯莱斯参观....
