不能称之为国际五星级的连锁，洗手台盆里面有头发，马桶脏，最主要的是服务，我第一次打电话电视看不成，两个小时没过来，最后我自己调好，晚上我要了双拖鞋，打了三次电话，等了快2个小时，地板上床上都有头发，打扫不干净，我住的行政楼层，将近1700，我不明白为什么根本算不上五星酒店，特别差
