客房部的行政管家刘丽清和武俊秀服务非常贴心，细致，恰逢感恩节，送来了树叶卡片和果盘以及绿茶和蜂蜜水，对服务非常满意，对房间也很满意，下次还住这里。

酒店地理位置优越，位于迎泽湖畔，站在房间就能俯瞰公园美景！酒店前台工作人员服务热情周到；客房服务员刘江英女士服务热情细致，看到房间里洗的衣服，主动为客人准备了洗衣粉，并赠送了农夫山泉水，在此我代表我的父亲向酒店的工作人员，向刘江英女士表达深深的谢意！这次来到太原旅游，即欣赏到太原的美景、城市的面貌、悠久的文化，又深深的体会到酒店提供的服务有宾至如归的感觉！

酒店给人的感觉真的温暖如家，服务人员职业素质普遍较高。
前台小哥杨瑞及时帮助解决了我的难题。客房部行政管家刘丽清服务周到细致，送来水果还不断询问需求，让人感动。服务员打扫完卫生留下了亲手写的卡片，觉得蛮有创意、很是贴心。
为酒店的管理水平点赞??

停车困难，无线上网很复杂，在自己房间还要各种复杂设置，近600的价钱，不值，前台服务和经济型酒店没什么区别，酒店外边很乱和自由市场差不多

32层临湖景观双床房，远眺迎泽公园全景非常漂亮。房间布局5星，卫生情况5星，有4瓶水提供。位置优越，在市中心交通主干线上，非常方便四通八达。有地下停车场，有游泳池。临公园入口50米，晚上早晨随时入园，感受太好。门口有24小时便利店，补充给养方便。
