1、入住后发现WIFI无法连接，电话故障；其中电话故障反馈了很久才有人来修，但是修了蛮久没修好，因太晚了，直接让师傅等退房后再修；2、卫生差，床头的地板上还有棉签、零食袋等小东西；3、入住时未开通暖气，空调制暖效果差，一个晚上睡的很不舒服；4、被子不透气，盖久了会出汗，不舒服…总之，是本人十年出差住过的体验最差酒店！

这是我几十年住过最差的4星酒店，没有之一！！！空调没有，杯中脏死了，换了3次房都是边角上的！一间比一间差！！
