晚上9点半到店，订单是大/双床房间，可是原订房型的双床没有了，前台美女客服帮忙升级调换房间，服务极好。房间宽敞，孩子第一次住酒店很开心??。

去天津出差一直住这家，但是感觉硬件和服务都越来越差了。房间比以前脏了很多，设施也越来越旧。客房服务人员也连冰箱怎么开都不知道。电源的位置插孔也不够，想借个接线板竟然没有，说还要报领导后改进。早餐质量也大不如前了。台前服务人员态度也很一般，板着脸。整体感觉比以前差了很多。
