第一次入住喆啡酒店,发现没有让自己失望。房间干净舒适，物有所值。酒店地理位置优越，从天津站上车两站地下车，周围环境非常有历史感，全是特殊保护建筑，在酒店旁边竟然是开滦矿务局旧址（历史课本里），旁边是海信商场和滨海购物中心，还有一条步行街，吃喝购物不耽误，可惜时间太紧，没有自细玩耍，期待下一次入住。

酒店是一栋旧式建筑，有年代感；位置挺好，离五大道，滨江道等都不远，到火车站也方便。是个不错的选择。美中不足是设施稍旧点，还是可以接受的。

总体来说还不可以。地理位置一般周围街道很宽，车辆很多，不是可以遛遛的小街巷那种，离五大道小白楼起士林不算远，走着没多久。房间软设施基本没有，就两瓶小怡宝水。茶叶包纸巾纸笔之类的都没有。酒店是老建筑了，家具也古老风。住着感觉太老太沉闷。唯一优势就是房间高。

酒店周边环境干净，也挺好找的，离五大道，瓷房子都不太远，其实要是年轻人，完全骑着单车就可以逛天津，很方便，酒店算是经济型吧，早饭还可以，吃饱没问题，屋子很复古，建筑本身就是重点文物。就是觉得酒店卫生还可以更好点，比如，多开窗通风，去霉味，卫生间也有点味，桌子有点不太干净，总体性价比还行。
