除了名字有点牛，别的没法用可以来评说，更不能用好说，当然，有可取之处，出门有条200米小商业街，卖些20岁孩子趋之若鹜的所谓食品，至少方便，还有就是有免费停车场，虽然要开车几圈再打电话问前台沟通n次才能找到与酒店直线距离500米开外的另一家商场的地下停车场，但好歹凭卡免费，中间的周折不说了，我入住等了……反正吃了餐饭，逛了一圈停车场上面的商场（每层都逛），买了2件衣服，溜溜达达回来办入住，还是再等了2小时13分钟，就因为他们没大姐打扫，我说要退，前台大姐非常耐心的说再等等，当然也无数次电话催，我很无奈（因为我想的是全单行路，我等了这么久，又要重新订，找车位，各种找，旁边酒店没车位等等），，给什么评随便吧

地理位置好，在小白楼意式风情街上，早点夜宵很丰富。和五大道风景区，只隔一个街区，意大利风情街，瓷房子，海河风景线都不是很远，我们都是散步过去玩的。周围有滨江购物中心，海信广场，国贸购物中心，吃饭购物很方便。酒店虽然有点年头，设施还不错，比较干净整洁，服务员很热心。👍

地段位置好，楼下就是吃东西的风情街，还有星巴克和天津老字号起士林。设施也较齐备，而且配的一次性用品看起来质量不错。除了房间的床小了点，其他也没什么好挑剔的。值得推荐入住！

地段非常好，房间装修也不错。沐浴设施老旧，亟需改进啊！另外就是走廊的地毯有点酸味，在天津这种滨海城市，地毯特别容易酸，推荐要么就拆了要么就好好换一次好好保养。总的来说很好，服务也挺不错，价格在这个地段性价比较高。

房子设施太旧，住的套间，实际就是把两个单人间打通，电视效果很差，基本没法看，基本没用服务
