靠近欧式风情街和第五大道，距离天津站也不远，地理位置较好。周边有很多购物广场 ，和滨江万丽酒店共用一栋大楼。房间较小，不过卫生干净，300多的价格入住可谓价廉物美。早餐要另外收费，80元每位，另外，游泳池也要收费，70元每人。
