装修很旧 热水就一点点出来 没法洗澡 地毯上一大块污渍 厕所有蟑螂 位置好 外观好看 隔壁有主席总理住过的小院子 餐厅的饭应该还不错 隔音不好 楼道说话宛如耳边 楼上人走路 声音很大

老一辈革命家居住，位置在五大道核心区，居住条件不错，特别是餐饮宾馆水平，百姓价格。不足是老一辈革命家居住的地方封起来了，不让参观，很遗憾！

非常棒的宾馆，就在五大道里面，周围吃的很多，也不是很远，异常的安静，不是很现代的装修，但能看出历史的积淀，床品和洗浴设施都很舒服，前台小哥态度非常好！下一来天津还会选择入住！

宾馆房间很高很大，设施尚可，卫生也行，第一晚卫生间反味太大，反应后酒店做了除味处理，很有效。建议不住四楼有尖顶的房间，不如平顶的宽敞。在五大道里，环境很棒，还有很多游客拍照留念，总之，性价比超高，下次还会住。
