非常老派的风格，外观古朴有时代感，但又不是老旧的。整个酒店的保养还是不错的，位置好。房间很大但是卫生没有做好，毕竟国家领导人曾经下榻过的宾馆啊，不应该是这种水准。地毯上有牙签，曲别针。卫生间反味严重，刚进屋就觉得臭。洗澡时下水不通，自己打开下水掏出半个拳头那么大坨头发，这实在太让人恶心了。总体只能给外观环境打五分，卫生真是槽点，否则就完美了。

酒店位置很好，附近散步安静舒适。卫浴设施较老旧，床品不甚干净，窗外是个幼儿园，一早开始喇叭点名。房间层高很高，窗户很大。旁边的润园是老一代国家领导人下榻过的。住这里历史感蛮强的。

我是会员，替朋友担保订单天津和平宾馆2日(2016/11/18--19日)的住宿，因友人急事入住一晚后，19日上午8：00离店。我在第一时间（19日9.30分）就与店方及艺龙客服联系行程变更事宜，到19日15：00回复我订单不能变更。很沮丧，，，，，给差评！事件正常渠道解决真的很难吗？是否应该保障三方的利益？？？？差评？！
