太差劲了，加400升级的套房，茶杯坏的，给前台打电话一天都没给换，设施陈旧，洗澡花洒喷头有问题，空调调到最低跟没开一样，打电话说叫工程过来，一晚上都没来，枉叫假日酒店了！住过最差的假日！艺龙现在也越来越差！定好的酒店说订不上了，非让我加钱预定！携程虽然也没那么好，但是比艺龙要强一些！

现在去天津基本都会选择假日酒店，海河边地理位置非常好，从北京开车过去很快（我每次到酒店后都选择打车出行，毕竟不熟悉天津的道路，打车也很便宜省心不用到处找停车位）。大堂就很干净整洁不失豪华气息，前台人员也很热情，想要能看到天津之眼的房间，需要到前台补100元的差价（推荐，真的很值）。房间还算不错，正常的标准，没有特别要说的。泳池很干净，人少，特别喜欢去，每天都要游上一小时。提醒一下中午退房的时候一定要早去，卡在12点的时候会排起好长的队伍。总之还是很推荐啦

早餐品种较五星酒店少，菜里居然有死蚊子也是够了，晚上住19层半夜还能听到很大声的唱歌，卫生间居然还有下水道味，总之性价比很低，不推荐

从办理入住开始虽然人很多，但是前台的服务人员都是非常热情的❤️而且用餐体验非常不错，微笑服务，用完的盘子都非常主动的收拾，菜品种类齐全味道也不错，整个用餐环境很棒，总的来说这是我住过的性价比最高的酒店，这是一次非常满意的入住
