优点：
1、海河夜景的的视野非常好，但是要看摩天轮需要加钱，这次让我加200，不过送了份早餐；
2、服务态度不错。比如摩天轮因为下雨天晚上没开灯，我找前台交涉，加的200给我抹了，送的早餐也没收回，大气。
缺点：
1、网上预订不能选择大床还是双床，之前联系酒店的时候也没说这茬，到了当天早上我想起来致电酒店说是已经没有双床了，只有大床……
2、酒店设施相比星级略有不如，比如门锁出现了两次打不开的情况。
3、一楼的儿童乐园很久没清理了，比较脏，东西破损严重
总体还是比较满意的

环境很好呀……也很干净卫生……因为是洲际的白金卡会员所以还给升级了……开心
前台办入住的男生很亲切。好评呀
