住了几百家酒店第一次点评，定了观景房先是要加钱才能看摩天轮，之后一共换了三次房间。前台根本听不明白你表达什么。和艺龙投诉 说要去和前台协商。性价比非常差，再也不会选择入住。

酒店位置很好，出门就能看到海河和摩天轮。前台服务也很周到，耐心回答很多问题，没有不耐烦。距离附近的景点都很近，来天津玩住在这里很方便。以后还会再来的~

酒店设施老旧，卫生一般，窗台我自己擦的黑土好多。环境没得说，海河边上面对摩天轮。酒店服务也还不错，前台好沟通，需要物品拿东西都很快。如果不是地理位置关系感觉也就三星标准。地理位置一颗星
