这个酒店我住了十多年了，第一次这样失望，早上八点左右我吃完早饭回房间，发现房间门开不了，就找服务员开门，服务员需要核对登记信息，前台给的姓名和我不符，然后服务员就离开了，然后我打电话给前台确认了入住信息，说马上派人来开门，结果等了十几分钟没来，再次打电话给前台，在我追问为什么你们会告诉服务员入住信息不对的时候，前台居然直接把电话挂断，我就想问问，你问引以为豪的金管家服务呢？
