预订成功后，我打酒店前台电话去查订单，接电话的工作人员态度恶劣口语狠狠的，到店后，酒店找不到订单，说什么预订还没做，半天不办理入住，还四星级酒店呢，第二天让打扫房间卫生，茶几上的桌面上灰尘都不敢看，
