酒店靠近火车站，走路几百米就到了，交通很方便，住的楼层高，能看到海河的风景，晚上很漂亮，酒店比较老，设施也比较旧，保养还算好，现在入住还送一份面条，出乎意外的好吃，就在意式风情街头上，游玩很方便

位置离火车站很近，出门就是意式风情街，离滨江道也不算远，从门口可坐三轮，一般他要10元，偶遇安保老乡，告知还价可到5元，不过要防止带你去买麻花，呵呵。宾馆已有多年历史，从电梯进到楼道里面就感到一股湿潮的霉味，进到房间，可看到条件也太一般了，10多年前的装修，全屋貌似只有两个插座

酒店设备略显陈旧，不过景观效果挺好，可以直接看到海河，周边出行也较为方便，酒店内充电口不够用，其他都挺好。
