订房间之前打电话问有没有房间说订满了，艺龙上面明明还可以订，想了想以后还是决定试试结果还订上了，不知道什么个意思？到了酒店明明订的高级大床房，结果进屋一张小窗户，房间挤的不行，根本就不像网上承诺的20平米的房间，还没有电视遥控器，联系前台居然说房间就这样，就是跟网上不一样，电视遥控器没有，电视看不了，要不是我父母强烈要求还不给我们换房间!最后换的标间也就是个特价标间，大晚上实在不想跟他们废口舌!老人出门就想让他们住的舒服，大晚上舟车劳累到了酒店没想到房间还有酒店服务态度还这样，很是郁闷！卫生的话还算说的过去，以后如果再去火车站附近，不会选这家
