房间温度整晚是29度，订的大床房，结果是两个单人床上拼的，打电话给前台，说这事不归他管。服务差，设备差！

绝对的差评，1.存在误导，当时到店晚上十点左右，定的高级大床房，告知只有房号是22的房间了，有两个风机在床边，可以去看看，凌晨一点会停止，我去看了，噪音简直不能忍受，我下楼申请调换，给换到了1523，说是制冷效果不太好，我问还有其他房间吗，他说只有这两间了，怎么不早来，我早不早来用得着你管吗？我去看了，1523根本不是制冷效果不好，又搞了半天空调，只有制热，没有制冷，试问大夏天要开暖风吗？我又下去说不可以，然后态度立刻冷淡，爱答不理的，只有无窗的了，并且价格都一样，我定的有窗的，你最后给我个无窗的，还一副爱住不住的样子。2.淋浴的时候，下水道堵了，半天下不去，洗手盆水龙头要使半天劲才能打开，烧了一壶水，倒到杯子里，仔细一看都是白色的毛毛，我看了另一个，也是如此，肯定是用擦手的毛巾擦的。3.大早上的保洁阿姨大声聊天，根本无法入睡，还抑扬顿挫的跟别人说话，对讲机声音开到最大，严重影响休息。周围有好多宾馆，不要来这家。
