这是第一次入住美豪酒店，就在地铁站旁边，临水上公园，出行挺方便。这几年经常来天津，也住过好多家酒店，美豪酒店是我住过酒店中服务最好的一家，真是让人有宾至如归的感觉。从办理入住开始，服务生余维维就一直全程培同、引领、介绍，一直到下榻的房间，非常热情，细致入微，替客人考虑到很多，出门在外，让人特别感觉暖心。

酒店环境不错，卫生也很干净！我这个人比较挑剔！但这个酒店真心的不错，进门有人拉行李，上茶水 ……退房可以到下午4点性价比超高！早餐好！茶吧好！还都是免费，服务员也好！总之酒店哪里哪里都好，和家一样舒服！尤其是管家老刘和小陈 ！老管家给送到房间还给穿拖鞋，入住期间小陈还拿着水果拜访，周到 的服务，小陈很健谈！啥都懂！佩服！
