第一晚发现有蟑螂，被我打死一只。第二天要求酒店给我房间除蟑螂。后面两天没有再发现。如果不是在网上在线支付不给退费。说实话，我不会住完三天。

613马桶堵塞，房间互打咨询服务台态度生硬，没有服务理念，房间有土墙的味道，床单被套都是潮湿的，强调一点就是秦安的水质是咸的，所以饮用不惯的尽量用矿泉水
