最不愉快的一次入住，酒店外观还可以，进入房间后味道很重，待久了鼻子喉咙都不舒服。半夜一点过好像是酒店保险烧了停电了，外面一直很吵，第二天早上5点过又开始吵，超级吵！！！早上无法烧开水给小朋友兑牛奶，付了含早的房费却无法提供早饭。从6楼把行李走楼梯搬下去，酒店服务员没有一个笑脸，没有一句道歉的话。酒店设施故障导致停电，这我们能理解，但无法为无理的态度买单，要求退餐费被拒绝，最后联系艺龙，艺龙给了30元抵用券补偿，必须赞一下艺龙，这次出行几次到酒店出现问题艺龙都很好的解决了。有时候不是在乎那几十块钱，在乎的是服务的态度和品质。

酒店硬件设施在县城里算是很不错的，就是前台员工素质太差，携程238元，非说我得付248，又怂恿我把携程订单退了给我228的会员价，对于这种没有契约精神的酒店很反感！舍不得就别签约啊！酒店消费的发票也要找借口不给开到发票里，就是一个硬件二流，员工不入流的县城酒店！
