入住体验差，第一前台服务员态度特别差，没有服务意识，办理完入住也不告诉几楼，进电梯后以为8楼，结果没有8楼，只能去6楼试试。第二房间内各种用品全部收费，连矿泉水都收费，不符合酒店等级。第三位置在火车站附近，办理退房还使用原始的查房制度，效率慢。
