第一次来天水来这里住，让我心情有点不太好，我男朋友打电话问前台有胶带不，前台说有，当我下去拿就说一堆理由，最后也没给我就说没有，这是欺负我是外地人吗？非常不懂，你们经理就是这样教你们做前台的吗？最基本的服务都不行，还是星级酒店

出了火车站马路对面就是，旁边吃早点正餐都方便，去景点的车就在门口，房间不小，干净，虽临街但不吵，酒店内有餐厅洗浴Ktv。性价比还可以。后面一条街有水果摊 超市 饭馆等等。

酒店早餐还不错，服务一般般，尤其前台小姐那张板着的脸，像谁欠了她债一样。态度最好的是酒店停车场的保安。什么花园酒店，根本没花园。
