服务特别差，不给开发票，自己买需要25个点，根本就是用携程帮他骗人，晚上的骚扰电话好几个，真是气死人了，携程快别跟他们合作了。

来天水出差10天左右，先在艺龙网上预订了2天标准单人间，去看房，床上的枕套上都有个洞，这个我也忍了。说好的能上网的，结果用我自己笔记本上不了网，去问前台人家说其他人都能上就我电脑不能上是我电脑原因，把我气的呀~~~早晨起来刷牙用了它房间里面一个很普通的纸杯退房时居然还要收一块钱，房间里面又没明码标价说那纸杯收费，试问和它价格差不多的诸如如家，7天哪个不免费提供纸杯，就是小旅社入住都知道给人两个一次性杯子。。。总之那前台服务人员态度很差，估计是老板的亲戚吧。。。所以我第二天就退了，去了离它只有50米左右的秦晋宾馆，和它价格差不多，住的也是单间，我一插上网线就能上网，而且这边还有早餐。真不知道金泰的老板是咋想的，现在快捷酒店和宾馆竞争那么激烈，尤其是服务方面，他们却还视而不见，不过晚上那值班那保安态度还请好的，晚上给我开电视态度请好，人也随和。我就事论事，他们自己看着办吧。

地点比较偏。周围很难找到合适的饭馆。酒店前台，服务人员态度也比较冷淡。设施一般。

还不错。环境还可以，就是位置有点偏，不过天水打车也不贵。总体来说还可以，早餐我住了两天，第一天不行，第二天可以，性价比好
