首先值得肯定的就是艺龙的售后服务很好，但是作为最早互联网预定酒店的平台，信息跟进略显落后，经常出现酒店价格预定与入住不统一的情况。就天台雷迪森酒店而言，我在未开业就预定了雷迪森酒店，肯定很大成分是品牌号召力，但是也许天台的雷迪森开业太仓促，服务人员的接待能力显得还不如其他老牌酒店，我们到达酒店已经晚上21点了，前台也没有其他客人办理入住及退房，然后告知她们我是网上预订的，说没有订单，让我自己核实，不过最后还是找到了订单，同时进来2位客人，算上我其实就2位客人在入住，但是前台感觉很忙碌的样子，将房卡身份证给我后，早餐楼层信息都必须自己问，的确卡上其实都有写早餐时间地点，但是作为酒店方提醒总是必要的吧。但是第二天早餐服务的工作人员都很亲切，也很周到，提供纸巾都很及时。再说说酒店环境，对于天台这个地方而言，算不错了，后面就是景区，面朝山景的房间贵一点，我们是马路那边的房间，2间的户型不一样，有一间像公寓户型，总体新装修的还是挺惊喜的，味道也不算大，希望以后年轻的酒店人能更热情一点就更棒了！照片是其中一间比较像公寓的，还有玄关，但是被我们弄的有点乱就没拍了，房间真心很大！
