洗手间一到晚上就有恶臭，投诉了回复说没开排风，问题是排风连着洗手间的筒灯，第二天晚上只好开灯睡，到了半夜还是恶臭。 买单时估计前台忘了算小孩的早餐费，由于是授权消费，连招呼都不打自行扣款，小孩半价的却算了全价的费用。 节日出游不想再跟酒店计较，多付就多付了。以后不会再来。

这次入住真的特别不爽！！！！住完这次真的是对雷迪森一生黑！大年三十入住的，进房间就感觉一层灰，ok你用的是木地板比较显灰尘 我可以理解，但是！！你桌子旁边的地板上直接有个钉子露在外面，有小孩的不小心碰到了怎么办？？？ 浴室设计的极其烂，洗漱淋浴泡澡分成三部分，又互相不通，我就不知道设计师在想什么了！最火的事情来了，晚上泡澡起身的时候被出水的龙头划破大腿，一个浴缸就孤零零的放在那里，旁边也没个搭手的地方方便起身，出水龙头又设计在浴缸的正中央，水龙头大概偷工减料？边角极其锋利！想要出浴缸又不碰到水龙头真真是件难事！！大腿上被划了长口子还出了不少血！！！第二天退房的时候和前台说，前台只有一声对不起再没任何表示，等出了酒店，有个服务员给我打电话上来就问房间哪里有问题去看了并没找到，作为服务业先说声不好意思打扰了，对不起影响您的入住体验再来问问题有这么难吗？？？并且我已经说的很清楚哪里有问题，房间就两个水龙头，拿手摸一摸就知道了的事还要用质问怀疑的语气来问客人？？？不知道你们是怎么培训的！！！雷迪森现在永远在我的黑名单了
