酒店环境非常不错，前台服务周到，效率高，退房也迅速，还是挺专业的，去的时候通往南湖的小门是开着的，南湖也越来越漂亮了，整体还是值得去的

国庆出游，价格翻翻，可以理解。订房时可以延时14点退房，办理手续时旁边客人也可以14时退房，入住后要14时退房，不可以，强烈要求下，也得13时退，房间没有水果，想要需要提供证据，真可笑，服务一般，希望可以提高。
