本来是普通的房间，酒店给升级成湖景房体验，非常感谢，房间设施很好，服务人员也很热情，非常好的一次体验，只是觉得走廊太长了，来回的要走很久的感觉。

太喜欢这个酒店了，非常漂亮，女儿很喜欢，前台服务也不错，地理位置非常好，门口就是南湖公园，过马路就到了，可惜到的时间有点晚，没有时间游玩，停车位不少，挺方便的，房间卫生不错，，落地窗很美很美，总之很满意

因为带80多岁的父母和姑姑去唐山，对住宿非常重视，当时怀着忐忑的心情选了这家店（看好评），到了真是高大尚，没想到唐山还有这么好的酒店，最让我感动的是前台接待lily怕老人行动不便主动安排在1楼靠近大厅的位置，三楼中餐味道不错，离店时又有缘遇到lily，主动把房延到3点（照顾8旬老人），让3位老人非常感动，备感温暖，在这里非常感谢lily的贴心服务，铂尔曼真正的五星级，它周围的景观是别的酒店无法比拟的，铂尔曼深深的爱上你啦
