地处南湖风景区，环境很好，酒店的装潢和服务都很好。接电话的和前台接待都令人感觉舒服，本次酒店主动升级湖景房，离店时也得到温馨的送行服务，下次来唐山还会想住在这里。酒店用早餐的餐厅很漂亮，采光很棒，只是早餐达不到五星的水准，希望这方面得以改进就完美了。

没住过这么差的了，新酒店还有很大气味。预定湖景给我一个看不到湖的，果断要求调到湖景。早餐差劲极了，哪里有158的水平，煎蛋卷说厨师没来，咖啡竟然没有现磨的，整体种类少得可怜。餐具供不上，给送筷子的竟然拿着筷子头递给你，我去！
