酒店设施很完备，游泳池温度合适，很适合宝宝游泳，并且备有儿童池，小一点的baby也可以玩。距离世园会非常近，过马路就是1号门。是游玩世园会的首选酒店。就是房间安排的比较远，从前台走回房间预计需要10多分钟。另，早餐非常混乱，建议早点去，晚去还要排队，而且明显的分配不合理。餐具都不够用！食品种类也应该进一步丰富。这些方面还得需要进一步改进。

酒店进唐山后很好找，周边很多公园，紧邻世园会，外部环境超好，酒店内部干净舒适，现在是淡季，人很少，但所有配套设施都对外开放很赞，早餐自助也很丰盛，服务人员也很到位，这个价位住五星级酒店真的很划算，推荐这里！

第二次来唐山旅游，上次住的洲际酒店，觉得很不错，这次是为了逛世园会，因酒店就在世园会边上，（也就是南湖公园）所以觉得很方便，办入住时非常的快捷，服务也很好，订的是园景大床房，可惜一层住满了，住的是五层 ，房间很大，卫生间干湿分开，很卫生，床也很软，窗外一片绿色，酒店整体非常不错！

城堡结构，晚上看灯光很漂亮，除了新装修有些味道，没什么问题，已达到五星级，就是离高速较远，整体不错。
