  I have already feedback to the reception regarding the state of cleanliness. No they clean the room, but on the day of check out, I flip the mattress protector to check, there are still hair on the bed, they still did not vacuum the bed properly. The ultimate disgusting is the bidet. It was not clean. With feces still intact from previous guests. How I came to know because it take a long time for the bidet to retract, and that's when I saw it. It is really really disgusting. On the day of check out, I have given my feedback in written format. . And this hotel reception are foreign staff... I hardly see Japanese staff.

  这间饭店 很不错 地点很好 超级方便 但房型就是小了一点 饭店服务人员态度很好 而且还有中文沟通 英文也可以 很赞

  虽然地理位置真的很方便，楼下有很大的便利店和麦当劳，地铁站一出口就是酒店，但房间真的很小，基本上打开行李箱就没有空间走动和落脚

  房间不错，主要前台有中文服务员，沟通便捷。出门方便，楼下就有地铁口，对面有麦当劳，离新宿站走路十多分钟，连续住了四晚，最后离开一天，行李还寄存了一天，不错不错！

  地点非常方便，东新宿駅A1出口便是，但A1出口只有上的电梯，下的时候是两条长楼梯，搬行李BB车不方便，可走到斜对面街口的A2出口，都是10分方便 楼下便是Tully’s coffee, McDonald, Lawson, 水果店等，好方便 本来担心的救护车消防车声，住在11楼都听到明显声音，但其实瞓了觉又接受得到，不至于大声到嘈醒。11:00am check out

  Everything is good . Very near to Subway station which is just beside hotel . Only thing is room is small which if 2 big luggage will be very cramped . Still a good choice for location and price .

  Good hotel and excellent location in Shinjuku. Room is quiet small, typical from Tokyo, but toilet has good size.

  Location right next to metro station. Room is quite small especially the bathroom. Bathtub was really tiny. Barely have room to lay down my luggage.

  房间除了小一点（日本都这么样?? 卫生 服务 都很好 前台在2楼 英语沟通的 最最值得推荐的是 地铁～东新宿～A1口 出来就是酒店 超级方便 离歌舞伎町非常近 步行20分钟左右就到了 还有韩国街都在附近
