Great experience with the team at Villa Fontaine Shiodome. They promptly assisted us during check-in, and took care of our luggages as we had arrived 3 hours earlier.
The staff could speak great conversational english and assisted us with our minor requests as best as possible.
We had no trouble checking in and checking out. The beds were comfortable and bathroom feels updated but retains it heritage.
My only grip is that the TV faced straight at the sofa and could not be angled towards the beds:

Happy hour at no charge between 5-7pm was unexpectedly fabulous. The hotel is near to restaurants and bars. It’s clean and neat Acoustics were good too.

交通还是挺方便的，新桥站步行6分钟左右，汐留站步行1分钟。
办理入住和退房不需要等很久，有会中文的前台。
房间的面积不算小，还有沙发，很实用。

设施： 周边交通设施比较便利，地铁大江户线7-10号口出直接电梯上来就是酒店，附近还有几根地铁线路也是步行距离，从天桥走就能到，还会路过宫崎骏的大钟~定时还有表演~
大堂很大…17:00-19:00住客有Happy hour
洗护用品一部分在房间，一部分大堂自取…
房间蛮大的，不过下水道声音很响~
服务：
提供行李寄存服务，其它感觉也就没啥服务了…
第一天给错了房间，下楼交涉，一开始说没给错，给看了携程的确认单后才给换了对的房间…大半夜的带着孩子折腾了半个多小时…
两大一小三人入住每天只给两瓶瓶装饮用水，打电话给前台申请再要两瓶，一开始说好的，马上送来，过了2分钟回电说是打扫时候已经放了两瓶了，再拿要付费…这个也有点不理解，至少一人给一瓶水的要求也算比较合理吧~感觉服务还有待提升~

Better than expected!
Honestly before our stay we read some negative reviews primarily around customer service but our experience proved otherwise - in fact this was the best hotel experience during our Japan trip this time.
Customer service was superb, staff were very attentive and service turnaround i.e luggage to room / extra towels were very quick.
Will definitely stay here again next time

这饭店位置不错，亦很安静，去那都方便！只是晚上的铁路有点吵！早餐不错，但过了9:00后，食物就不再添加了！

开在商务楼内的酒店 B1可以直接通到地铁 不用担心大太阳或者下雨
去台场可以海鸥线直达
去浅草寺可以直接坐浅草线大约20分钟
但是其他线路比如银座线需要地下通道走蛮久的 但是离各个景点都很近

The hotel is next to a metro station and 10 mins walk from a JR station. It is convenient to go to shinjuku, Shibuya or daiba. There are vending machines and washing machines on the floor of room, so can buy drinks or beers at night.
The staff are nice and helpful. During 5-7pm, free drinks available at lounge and that’s a good refreshment.
