This was a pleasant place to stay with excellent service. The hotel offers numerous amenities on the first level and provides convenient lounge access upon returning from a journey. The hotel is highly accessible and conveniently located near a metro station.
However, I encountered an issue with some discarded rubbish left by a previous guest. I informed both the room service and the concierge, but it took them three days to clean it up. This is a matter for improvement.
Overall, I had a great stay.

Helpful and friendly staffs. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Shiodome and Shimbashi station. Direct line (Asakusa) to Narita Airport. Beautiful modern hotel. Amenities and facilities. Beautiful city view from our room. View of trains and shinkansen.

酒店非常不错，地铁站就在酒店楼旁边，我们住的是行政套房，给到延迟退房，还有迷你bar的饮品酒水都非常不错，山崎12年是惊喜。设施很新，入住体验非常好，毛巾有一次性的，拖鞋到发圈细节到位。非常满意的一次体验。下次还会入住。酒店服务人员也不错。感谢。

位置超级超级方便！下楼就能搭乘地铁简直不要太幸福了，酒店附近有一家24小时的堂吉诃德深得我爱，跟小姐妹晚上血拚购物，距离银座也很近，酒店打扫衞生很乾净，下次来还会选择这家的。

房间比其他同价格的酒店要大一点。设施也很不错，商务型居住很合适。酒店的泡汤这次没有机会试，地理位置很方便，离新桥吃东西的地方走路不到十分钟，离驻地市场和银座也不远。如果不是主要逛街的行程会再住这里

10月3日晚回到房间，在桌子上发现一只穿过的袜子，不属于我们一行的任何一个人，并且是挨着饮用水，零食和婴儿奶瓶的，导致我晚上11点扔掉了我桌上全部的食品和饮品，因为我根本不知道发生了什么。给酒店投诉完全没有回信，来这么多次日本第一次遇见这么恶心的事，第一次住这么垃圾的酒店。
