前台服务态度问题 。因为我先离开酒店，老婆前台退房，客服说我们使用了马桶圈，老婆以为我用了，就承认拆用了，先给了钱。然后老婆顺带问了我一句 我说我没有用过，结果前台说你已经承认用过且已经付过费了，不能退了。

酒店环境不错，位置好找，进房间就觉得很好，有一面超大的全身镜，床也好好睡哦，如果不是早上要去搭动车肯定会睡到点退房哈哈哈，对了酒店距离西站也很近
