每次办理入住后，第一次打开房间门，在房间内总是有发现没有打扫干净的地方，另外每次入住房间的保险柜都是无法使用，保险柜既然是设置在房间内，那就是房间配备给入住客户使用的设施，酒店就有义务要保证每次客户入住，所有房间的设施都是在可以使用状态！

10.18是我跟老婆的婚礼，因为老婆家太远，所以结婚前天把我老婆家里人接过来住在酒店当做娘家，开了三个房间住了两晚，感觉酒店特别好，不管是环境还是服务态度，特别是酒店的商务中心杨小姐和前台项小姐服务特别好，值得特别表扬！住的很值得
