应该是桐城最好的酒店了，酒店硬件不错，但是软件和服务方面还需要改进：
1、游泳池开放时间为8：00-16：00，这个时间太不合理了，一般住店客都是晚上去游泳的
2、房间打扫不太干净，尘土到处可见，而且浴室东西的补充也不太好。

有史以来最坑爹酒店，为了两瓶免费饮用水，能跟客人争执半天！到最后还是没提供！虽然在我要求下给换了房间，在换房时还派人来与我核对房间是否有免费水？所谓的五星级或者豪华型酒店根本不沾边，服务且不说了，房间的卫生都搞不干净，卫生间地面竟然还残留烟灰！房间没有无线网络，早餐只供应到九点半！卫生间热水差不多有八十度，不小心就烫伤！淋浴房洗澡转身都困难……不想多说了，携程与这样的酒店合作简直是砸自己的招牌！不能选无星，所以一颗星！奉劝来此地的旅客选择国际大酒店，虽然老了点，但服务以及设施设备包括房间面积都一流！
