非常差啊！一肚子气，订的大床房，到了说就剩二楼房间楼下KTV不隔音会吵到睡不着，没办法加钱换到6楼；入住高峰过了电梯不开谎说坏了，白天就退房那会儿给开了一会儿，一切靠腿，楼道灯二楼开始不亮；服务叫一个差，前台不耐烦不爱搭理；房间的地毯是湿的，一次性拖鞋放地上一宿能挤出水来，就知道地毯有多湿了吧，白毛巾都洗不出来的颜色好恶心，还好我自己有带毛巾的习惯；餐厅更差，因为我吃饭人少连理都不理，只顾给导游算提成了，总体来说我不会再选这，下次订不到仁和就不来了！！！窝火！368的服务就这样！
