停车场保安，餐厅工作人员，热情主动，前台接待员更值得称道，我在办入住手续时，将一个双肩包忘记拿了，一直等我吃过晚饭才发现少了个包，去前台一问，前台接待员帮我保存着，很是感动！房间干净，无线信号强，热水大，下次还住。

硬件设施还不错，不管软件服务还应该再跟上才行，作为挂星的酒店应该实施人性化管理，无论住的再好也比不上暖心暖肺的一句问候。如果在乎硬件设施不要求服务的朋友，此处还是推荐的，要求服务上乘，特别是餐饮部的服务，谈不上，更甚至是餐饮部的经理免费吃着早餐，还在要求客人的早餐券打包带走不能超过她的限制，我用了两张早餐券勉强给睡懒觉的四岁的儿子打了两张馅饼，一碗粥，两个鸡蛋。我知道酒店有酒店的规矩，可是经理的态度还是不能接受，她一边吃着满嘴油乎乎的，拿着筷子和客人交流，这样的服务即使不说什么难听的话，让我觉得也很不舒服。不要为了一个人破坏一个酒店的声誉。我是个比较客观老实的人，酒店整体评价不错，但是具体服务人员素质太差，没有经过科学培训，不知道什么是有礼貌的微笑服务。

酒店各方面都不错，以前也住过，但是觉得早餐比以前差了许多，都是些没什么食欲的东西，品种少，早餐根本达不到三星的标准
