昨天定了一个标间一个大床，标间便宜大床贵，四个老人带着一个孩子，结果都调成了标间，退房晚了半小时，又加收了20块钱，并没有电话提醒告知，最可气的是态度十分恶劣，还不给开发票，美其名曰:我叫陈文静，请酒店给予这个服务员处罚，这跟“我爸是李刚有什么区别”尊老爱幼都不懂，怎么搞经营

设备真的是不行，太过老化了，灯都只有两个是好的，厕所晚上总有漏水的声音在，总的来说不值那140块钱，就服务态度挺好，建议真的可以整体维修一下了
