2017年4月28，我携带一家老小入住所谓的国际大酒店，第一：你们前台服务员是吃屎的，你们所谓的国际大酒店怎么聘请的服务员，没有服务的能力就不要做酒店，脾气差，。第二：空调完全没有热风冷风之分，四月你们说天气冷不，居然跟我们说，空调没有热风，真想爆粗口，****，没空调，你收什么几把房费这样贵，服务员居然说，你自己找大堂经理反馈，****你做什么房务中心，，第三：你们所谓的国际大酒店在不调整、都不知道会得罪个什么人。自己挖坑自己跳吧
