酒店说是精品不敢恭维，凌晨一点到的，办理手续花了半个小时，网上订的是标双，服务员既然开的是单间，然后换房结果门卡又没给我们授权，很不专业。房间设施很简单，房间很小，被子很潮，另外不能接受的是早上七点服务员给我们房间打电话核实房间入住情况，不知道啥服务，没有七点随便给电话，。特别是异味很大，很难闻。卫生打扫不干净，建议不要去住。但是早餐服务人员很不错，早餐一般还可以。

过年入住的，设施设备都非常新，服务也非常周到，还提供了一些水果和零食，感觉非常温暖，态度友好，以后还会继续选择书香名苑酒店

携程订的单间大床，含双早，有wifi，有电视，有空调，有热水。房间比较干净，价格合适才148元。很合算，吃东西逛街都方便。不错，推荐5星好评
