被前台忽悠了加80元升级到豪华标间，进了房间心都凉了！床死硬死硬，隔音效果超级无敌的差！还是豪华型酒店，还不如优格酒店，不建议入住！真心觉得差！

酒店非常好，性价比很高，离东栅景区非常近，周边吃饭也很方便，有很多餐饮店。酒店硬件条件不错，但更重要的是服务非常好，前台一个叫陈静的服务员接待非常热情，还有一个小伙子热情的介绍酒店周边景区的情况，这是来乌镇的游客很需要的。房间的服务员服务热情，还送水果，也介绍在乌镇游玩的方法和攻略，非常热情。从入住开始客服部的张雪莲经理就到房间里跟我们热情交流，介绍乌镇游览的行程，询问我们需要怎么样的帮助，非常热情和感人。后来两天孩子生病发烧，我们在当地人生地不熟，张经理还非常关心，派人带我们去药店买药，第二天还给孩子送来粥，这让我们非常的感动，让我们住客都非常不好意思麻烦他们，这也让我们看到酒店对待客人相对待亲人一样关心，这样体贴入微的服务现在是不多见的。可见酒店在平时非常注重服务的培训和管理，非常好的酒店服务，值得称赞！

全是游客，很吵！早餐没有位置，桌子也没人收拾，找个吃饭的地方都难！房间被褥有点潮，泳池全是漂白粉的味道。绝对是不值得住的一个地方。
