床上用品需要更新了，家庭房那张单床是沙发暂时拼凑的，睡得不爽，但有些细节注意得很好，比如晚上送杯银耳汤

非常非常的不错的酒店，比一些普通的没有特色的民宿小客栈好太多了。在乌镇除了西栅里面的枕水那几个高级酒店外，这个是最大最好的酒店了。

酒店帮免费升级到豪华房很棒！前台接待小马服务周到帮把行李拿到房间，酒店人员都很热情！大堂副理朱铭峰帮联系汽车免费送到乌镇西栅景区，从景区回来也帮安排好车辆接。酒店环境好！卫生干净！设施齐全！
