酒店服务非常好，当天入住酒店房间空调坏了，值班柯经理在维修人员无法立即修复的情况下，立即安排给我们换了另外一间房，服务态度非常好👍🏻

乌镇黄金水岸大酒店算是乌镇比较好的五星酒店了，酒店就在乌镇水岸边上，高楼层可以看到远处的别致的屋顶，酒店房间干净整洁，服务周到，酒店离西栅比较远，酒店有到西栅的免费接送，非常贴心。酒店游泳池开放时间有些尴尬：下午1点-4点，晚上6点半到9点半，不是全天开放，第二天离店之前不能来游有些遗憾。早餐很丰盛，有非常可爱的儿童餐具，餐厅很大。

酒店位于东栅附近走路大约10分钟，比较安静。入住时大堂副理小柯（Kevin）帮助我们送行李到房间，人很好讲解的比较详细，还有免费的摆渡车接、送到西栅。入住的家庭房，所谓的沙发床其实是木头沙发上面加了两个软的沙发垫子，其实能做的更好！还有改进的空间哦。早餐一般，样式比较少，竟然连肉包子都木有？打狗去了？😊
