前台开错房，导致打开门发现有人已经在里面住了，还好里面的人穿着衣服，要不尴尬死了。入住酒店发现有介绍儿童乐园，去到所在楼层看才发现没有建设。游泳池也比较小。早上到一楼福隆茶餐厅吃早餐时才郁闷，点餐，服务跟不上，点了两个点心没有也不说，让在那里干等着。餐具还自己去拿。。。切有的消费没有明码标价，结账时才知道多少钱。总的说入住体验一般。
