原来安排19楼的，房间味道很不好，装修味道太重，后来给予更换。不过，至今没见当班经理进行解释或者道歉。这么好的酒店管理仍然欠妥。另，房间的电视屏幕中欢迎“xx先生”，不要把入住的客人姓名弄错，这对人不尊重。
