硬件很好，适合带孩子来玩。前台服务差，明明酒店旁边有小吃一条街，就是不告诉。来酒店的公交车也不知道，太应该好好培训一下了！

晚上九点左右到店直接告之没有双床，联系艺龙客服，碰到个大傻子，事情没有解决，反而耽误了40分钟，加钱换房间不行，退定单免谈，我气的要投诉，她直接告诉我她就是售后处理人员，艺龙为什么拼不过㩗程，终于明白了，这样的售后，直接影响艺龙的发展，甚至失去老客户！艺龙工号61744，特此投诉！服务员人员的垃圾典范！

设施比较齐全，泳池不错，海滩比较干净，老外多，电视太小，浴缸里洗澡不是特方便，床头没有插电的地方，门的隔音不好，清早被隔壁小孩乱叫吵醒....但特别喜欢房间的地板！只喜欢房间的地板！哈哈哈哈哈

第一次来，没有想到发现了海南更美更休闲的美处。我们一家人入住福朋酒店，从住到玩真心的高性价比！和隔壁的喜来登酒店一起，两家五星酒店连片的海滩和泳池，绝对超出三亚任何酒店！
