前台登记时有三个服务员，前面一个客人在办入住，其他两人都不办，一个不知道在干嘛干等，等了约15分钟才轮到。10.多来了群学生，在走廊里大吵大闹，开门关门，酒店隔音差，在总台投诉了没见人来关照，只能自己和老师去讲
